ULTRA STONE PRIMER
ULTRA STONE PRIMER is a water based Primer designed as a barrier to prevent water, alkali (& other compounds) from reaching the substrate surface and to avoid efflorescence that can cause surface discoloration especially in cement substrates, stones and porous tiles. So the Primer acts as an excellent efflorescence resistant. ULTRA Stone Primer forms a strong cohesive film that also provide chemical barrier to the migrating alkali and other chemicals.

ULTRA PRIME 11
ULTRA PRIME 11 is a liquid primer & it is a state-of-the crystalline waterproofing admixture also. The chemistry within the ULTRA PRIME 11 reacts with moisture and free lime in the concrete & capillary tracts & minor shrinkage cracks within the concrete. It should be diluted with water, to prepare internal surfaces to receive cement-based leveling compounds, screeds as well as plaster - based materials, improving adhesion & inhibiting penetration of water. It is used as a pore sealer on floor surfaces to prevent air bubbles rising through subsequently applied sub-floor smoothing &leveling compounds & to prolong their flow life and work ability.

ULTRA EP 11
Ultra EP 11 is a two part solvent free epoxy primer for use with ULTRA GREEN polyurethane screeds and selfsmoothing epoxy floor coating, Blended with Fine Aggregate and use as a primer prior to applying thick applications of the Industrial Floor System, or other appropriate cement-based products. Where surfaces are very porous, more than one coat of primer may be required to achieve the desired bonding efficiency. For applications on new concrete or where the relative humidity (RH) of the substrate is in excess of 65%, good quality Damp Proof Membrane should be used. If the substrate is particularly smooth, the surface of the Ultra Prime 11 should be seeded with Fine Aggregate immediately after application to give a mechanical key to facilitate installation of resin screeds and toppings.

ULTRA EP 11 R
ULTRA EP 11 R is a low viscosity, solvent and benzyl alcohol free phenalkamine curing agent designed for epoxy coating applications protecting metal and concrete substrates.
